Custom Capabilities
Domestic Production
Domestic Frames are
those that are fully upholstered for a skirt, have optional exposed
wood legs, screw on legs or bun feet.
What
We Can Do
1. We can modify
domestic frames by making them shorter, longer, deeper, shallower,
higher or lower.
2. We can change
the number of seat or back cushions.
3. We can
change skirt designs in most cases.
4. We can change
the design of the arm in many but not all cases.
What
We Cannot Do
1. We cannot
develop a frame that does not already exist in our line
2. We cannot change
an imported frame in the United States.
3. We cannot change
the dimensions of a sleep sofa.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Expect a minimum of 12 week delivery on domestic custom production.
Production Abroad
Almost all of our exposed wood frames
are produced in Indonesia.
What We Can Do
1. We
can modify a frame that is already in the line.
2. We can make a new frame from a
picture or a sketch.
3. We can match any finish with a finish
panel submitted by the dealer.
4. We can produce any quantity desired
whether large or small.'
5. We can
submit almost any request to have a rendering and cost provided
including case goods
or upholstery.
What We Cannot Do….
Very Little
VERY IMPORTANT: Expect a minimum of 16 week delivery from the
receipt of the order.
Delivery can take as long as 24 weeks in some cases.
