Fabric received must be clearly identified with either your account number or your business name and purchase order number. Fabric received without this information will incur a $100 processing fee. C.O.M.s are limited to one fabric type for the body of the item, including seat and back cushions. Two additional fabric types can be sent for throw and kidney pillows as pictured with frame. Custom applications and combinations can only be applied using Stanford Tailored Fabrics. We DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.M. for these applications. This form must be filled out for each fabric sent. Production of your order will not begin until C.O.M. fabric is received.
Orders with stocked fabric and C.O.M. fabric will not begin until C.O.M. fabric is received. Orders cannot be split shipped. C.O.M. orders may not be cancelled or refunded.
1. FABRIC IDENTIFICATION
Please upload a color image of your fabric, with the front side up. All fabric must be upholstry grade and be 54" wide. We do not accept Sheers. Silk and furs are only accepted for Stanford Pillows. Upon inspection, we reserve the right to refuse fabrics that are not suitable for upholstery or that will lead to dissatisfaction. While we inspect fabrics for mill imperfections, some are difficult to recognize. We cannot be held responsible for defects, color inaccuracies or other flaws.
Before shipping fabric, please check with the fabric mill to confirm that the fabric does not need backing. We do not apply backing to fabrics. Please be aware that up the roll fabrics will cause seams when applied to a piece that is wider than 54".
If ANY of the below is left blank, we will use our best judgment or will apply the fabric according to our standard.
